Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Need more events or features? Or scaling down? This guide covers how to change your LiteSOC plan.

Upgrading Your Plan
From Free to Pro
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Enter payment details
- Your new limits apply immediately!
From Pro to Enterprise
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Contact Sales under Enterprise
- We'll schedule a call to discuss your needs
- Custom pricing based on volume
Downgrading Your Plan
From Pro to Free
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Plan
- Select Free Plan
- Confirm the downgrade
Important considerations:
- Your current billing period continues until expiry
- Data older than 7 days will be deleted after downgrade
- Event quota reduces to 5,000/month
Proration
- Upgrades: Prorated charge for remaining period
- Downgrades: Credit applied to future billing
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Tell us why (optional feedback)
- Confirm cancellation
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
